Yeah! 1ppm of ammonia or nitrites is totally fine for plants. Believe it or not, plants perfer ammonia and nitrites over nitrates. Its a simpler compound for them to absorb as a macro nutrient. If you ammonia does sit at zero for too long, it can cause issues with your nitrifying bacteria, but a week isn't going to be a huge issues. If you are really worried about it, you can get some Dr Tims Ammonium Chloride and dose a little to keep the bacteria fed.
